Deconstructed Hamburger ( for 2 )
For the burger:
3/4 lb of ground beef, grass fed preferred
coconut aminos, S&P
For the salad:
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, shredded
vine-on tomato, diced
red onion, sliced into rings
dill pickle slices
1/2 an avocado
Mix up your burger meat and form into two patties.
Grill to your desired doneness.
While your burgers are grilling, cut up your vegetables for the salad.
Assemble and drizzle mustard over the top... Even better, add some homemade mayo, yum!
